Between Cardedu and Jerzu, more than a century ago, the story of our home—and our Home Restaurant—began.

It was our ancestors who chose this place. Since then, generation after generation, we have cared for it with the same respect reserved for a precious family legacy.

This land has taught us the value of simplicity and sharing. It has nourished us with its harvests, warmed us beneath its sun, and witnessed some of our family’s most cherished memories.

Artist’s Home was born from the desire to share those roots with others.

Our Home Restaurant is not a restaurant in the traditional sense. It is a table set inside our home, with just one table, where time slows down and every detail tells a story.

Here, the traditional cuisine of Ogliastra comes to life through carefully selected local ingredients, regional wines, and recipes passed down from generation to generation.

You won’t simply come for dinner.

You’ll step into a home that, for one evening, will become yours too.

One Table

We’ve chosen to do things differently.

No crowded dining rooms. No rushed service. No seating times to hurry through.

In our garden, surrounded by olive trees and the scent of Mediterranean herbs, there is only one table. A place designed to welcome just a few guests at a time, allowing every gathering to remain intimate and personal.

Every evening is different. The colours of the sunset change, the breeze moves through the vineyards, and conversations unfold naturally around the table.

What never changes is the time and care we dedicate to every guest.

Our cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons and the work of the small local producers who preserve the rich biodiversity of Ogliastra.

Every dish tells the story of an authentic Sardinia—one that is rarely discovered along the usual tourist routes.
